How To Begin
Create a client, upload a Chart of Accounts and Vendor List, then assign Preferred White List accounts and Default Accounts to primary vendors. Upload a COMPRESSED .pdf A/P batch, click to create a Batch Key, modify your key, then process and approve!
AI Search Hierarchy
Create up to 10 Preferred White List Accounts for AI to choose from, create 1 Default Account for vendors like plumbers, AI will decide the rest. Note that AI will memorize line item changes to vendor products as you approve each A/P batch.
